Elena is an ACSM certified personal trainer with over 6 years of experience in focused on the personal assisted stretching.
Also, she holds Reiki level 1 certificate.
She lives with her husband in Cranford, NJ. In her spare time, she loves gardening and playing chess, Pilgrimage to Santiago.
